Cancellations

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, there will be a £10 charge.

Lateness

Please arrive on time. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled.

Please call 07704 017349 if you expect to be more than 10 minutes late so I can advise whether you should still attend your appointment.

If you arrive too late, you may still be charged for your appointment.

No-Shows

If an appointment is missed without prior notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

Late cancellations and missed appointments that cannot be filled will need to be paid for. Until any outstanding charges are settled, you will not be able to rebook.

Patch Tests

An up-to-date patch test is required for all colour services. Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours before the colour appointment.

Prices for these services will be provided during consultation.
